🚚 Free Delivery
Summer's Winter Florist offers free delivery for all bouquets listed on the website, unless otherwise stated — including our Graduation Flowers and Bridal Bouquets. Free delivery is fulfilled between 12PM and 6PM on your chosen date.
🕒 Same-Day Delivery
Place your order by 12.30PM to enjoy same-day delivery. Standard free-delivery orders are fulfilled within the 12PM–6PM window. As delivery slots are allocated on a first-come, first-served basis and follow our courier's optimised route, we are unable to guarantee an exact arrival time within the window. By selecting free delivery, you acknowledge that your bouquet may arrive at any time within the stated window.
Planning a last-minute gift or a surprise after a ceremony? Our Graduation Flowers and Bridal Bouquets are available for same-day delivery when ordered before 12.30PM. For urgent requests past the cut-off, WhatsApp us at 8298 6001 — fulfilment is subject to scheduling availability, but we will always do our best to accommodate you.
⏰ Specific 1-Hour Time Slot — $25
If you require delivery within a specific hour, a dedicated 1-hour delivery window is available for an additional $25. Your order will be delivered within the selected hour; kindly allow a 10–15 minute buffer, as deliveries cannot be made at an exact minute (e.g. 1:00PM sharp) due to traffic conditions, building access, and courier route schedules.
Our courier is able to wait a maximum of 5 minutes at the delivery location; re-delivery fees apply if no one is available to receive the order. Should your delivery need to arrive at a precise time, we recommend arranging your own courier (e.g. Lalamove or GrabExpress) or opting for self-collection at our studio.
This upgrade is ideal for special moments — Graduation Flowers presented right after the ceremony, or Bridal Bouquets delivered before the walk down the aisle.
🌙 Midnight Delivery — $45
Make it a birthday or anniversary to remember with our midnight delivery service. For an additional $45, your flowers will be delivered between 11.30PM and 12AM — timed for a surprise right as the clock strikes twelve. Slots are limited each night, so we recommend booking early; WhatsApp us at 8298 6001 to arrange.

We reserve the right to cancel and refund orders with invalid or unreachable delivery addresses.
🏥 Hospitals & Army Camps
Hospitals: please provide the ward number and patient's name with your order. For ICU deliveries, kindly check with us first or ensure the hospital allows flowers in the unit, as policies vary.
Army camps: deliveries are strictly to the guardhouse only — the recipient collects from there.
For these locations, please stay contactable throughout the delivery window so we can reach you for the most immediate course of action if anything comes up.
❌ If No One Is Available
Please ensure the recipient or a representative is available at the address on the selected date and time. Our courier will call the recipient first, then the sender — kindly provide valid Singapore contact numbers.
If no one is contactable, our courier will leave the bouquet at the gate, doorstep, or shoe rack, with photo proof taken. Once left, delivery is considered complete and no re-delivery will be made.
We are not responsible for incorrect addresses, delays due to building security, loss of the bouquet after it is left outside, or incorrect recipient/sender contact numbers.
🔁 Re-Delivery
If delivery fails for the reasons above, a re-delivery fee of $15–$25 applies. Re-deliveries may take place after 6PM subject to courier availability, or be scheduled for the next day. If you'd like to reschedule to another day, a fee of 60% of the bouquet price applies, as fresh flowers are perishable and a new arrangement may be required.
✏️ Changing Delivery Details
To amend the address or timing, WhatsApp us at 8298 6001 at least 24 hours in advance, or on the day of delivery before 11AM. Late changes may not be accepted due to logistics and flower condition.
