Yes — free island-wide delivery between 12PM and 6PM on your chosen date, for all bouquets listed on the website unless otherwise stated, including our Graduation Flowers and Bridal Bouquets.
🕒 What is the same-day flower delivery cut-off time?
Order by 12.30PM for same-day delivery within our standard 12PM–6PM window. As delivery slots are allocated first-come, first-served and follow our courier's optimised route, we're unable to guarantee an exact arrival time within the window — by selecting free delivery, you acknowledge your bouquet may arrive any time within it.
Planning a last-minute gift or a surprise after a ceremony? Our Graduation Flowers and Bridal Bouquets are available same-day when ordered before 12.30PM. For urgent requests past the cut-off, WhatsApp us at 8298 6001 — fulfilment is subject to scheduling availability, but we'll always do our best to accommodate you.
⏰ Can I choose a specific 1-hour flower delivery time slot?
Yes — for an additional $25, a dedicated 1-hour delivery window is available. Your order will be delivered within the selected hour; kindly allow a 10–15 minute buffer, as deliveries cannot be made at an exact minute due to traffic conditions, building access, and courier route schedules.
Our courier can wait a maximum of 5 minutes at the delivery location; re-delivery fees apply if no one is available to receive the order. For a precise time, we recommend arranging your own courier (e.g. Lalamove or GrabExpress) or opting for self-collection at our studio. This upgrade is ideal for special moments — Graduation Flowers presented right after the ceremony, or Bridal Bouquets delivered before the walk down the aisle.
🌙 Do you offer midnight flower delivery in Singapore?
Yes — for an additional $45, flowers can be delivered between 11.30PM and 12AM, timed for a surprise right as the clock strikes twelve. Ideal for a birthday or anniversary to remember. Slots are limited each night, so we recommend booking early; WhatsApp us at 8298 6001 to arrange.

🏥 Can you deliver flowers to hospitals and army camps?
Yes — hospitals: please provide the ward number and patient's name with your order. For ICU deliveries, kindly check with us first or ensure the hospital allows flowers in the unit, as policies vary. Army camps: deliveries are strictly to the guardhouse only — the recipient collects from there. For these locations, please stay contactable throughout the delivery window so we can reach you if anything comes up.
❌ What happens if no one is available to receive my flower delivery?
Our courier calls the recipient first, then the sender — kindly provide valid Singapore contact numbers. If no one is contactable, our courier will leave the bouquet at the gate, doorstep, or shoe rack, with photo proof taken, and delivery is then considered complete with no re-delivery made. We are not responsible for incorrect addresses, delays due to building security, loss of the bouquet after it's left outside, or incorrect recipient/sender contact numbers.
🔁 What is the re-delivery fee if a flower delivery fails?
A re-delivery fee of $15–$25 applies. Re-deliveries may take place after 6PM subject to courier availability, or be scheduled for the next day. If you'd like to reschedule to another day instead, a fee of 60% of the bouquet price applies, as fresh flowers are perishable and a new arrangement may be required.
✏️ How do I change my flower delivery address or time?
WhatsApp us at 8298 6001 at least 24 hours in advance, or on the day of delivery before 11AM. Late changes may not be accepted due to logistics and flower condition.
