Summer's Winter Florist is offering Free Delivery to all bouquets listed on the website unless stated otherwise.
For SAME DAY DELIVERY : Cut-off timing at 11 AM
- *Kindly note time slots are first-come-first-serve basis.
- Free delivery is stipulated between 12PM - 6PM or as stated. As there is multiple orders to fulfil & fairness to all our customers, we cannot accept specific time of delivery special requests.
- By placing an order under free delivery, you agreed that the bouquet will be delivered anytime in between.
- If you urgently need your flowers to be delivered at a specific timing, please choose to top-up for the specific time slot delivery charges or let us know on WhatsApp. (Additional surcharges applies)

We are also able to catered to free island wide deliveries, except to the following locations:
- Tuas [ +$15 ]
- Penjuru [ +$10 ]
- Sentosa [ +$10 ]
- Lim Chu Kang [ +$10 ]
- Benoi Road [ +$10 ]
- Remote Army Camps [ +$10 able to send to gate ]
- Any other other remote area (Jewel, Changi Airport, etc.) [ +$10 ]
We will do our utmost to meet its customer’s delivery requests, but reserves the right to cancel an order and refund the amount to the customer in the event of invalid delivery location.
Kindly ensure recipient or representative is present at delivery address during stipulated date and time.
However, in the event that the recipient is not present & both the recipient and sender is uncontactable, our courier will leave the bouquet at the gate / doorstep / shoe rack.
We will not be responsible for late/failed delivery if:
- Incorrect address given
- Delivery vehicle is subject to delays from building management/security
- Bouquet goes missing after it has been left outside (a photo will be taken)
- Building management/security refuse to let courier drop off the bouquet
- Incorrect Recipient/Sender contact provided so please provide us with a valid Singapore Number.
Our delivery courier will always contact the recipient follow by the sender, hence please ensure that there will be someone to attend to the flowers! If both numbers are not available, we will proceed with redelivery, charges applies.
- In the event of an unsuccessful delivery due to the above reasons, customers will be subjected to a re-delivery charge of $15/$25.
- Re-deliveries might be scheduled to after 6PM (for same day re-delivery attempts), in accordance to our courier's latest availability. Else it can be reschedule for the following day.
- In an event of whereby a re-delivery is required, we will need the new address details and payment as soon as possible. (30 Mins)
- As flowers are perishable items, do note that if sender wants to reschedule the redelivery to another day, a 60% fee of the purchase price will have to be borne by the customer.
- Our courier will not be able to re-deliver your bouquet once it has been left at the gate / doorstep / shoe rack.
CHANGE IN DELIVERY DETAILS
- Customers who wish to amend delivery details will need to WhatsApp us @ 𝟖𝟐𝟗𝟖 𝟑𝟐𝟓𝟑, our Customer Service team will tend to your request during our working hours within 24 hours.
- Customers should notify us of the changes (addresses, etc.) before scheduled date of delivery or date of delivery (before 11AM), 24 hours in advance. As flowers are perishable items, do note that if sender wants to reschedule the redelivery to another day, a 60% fee of the purchase price will have to be borne by the customer.
