REFUNDS & CANCELLATIONS

🔄 Refunds

Refunds for orders placed on our website will be processed via Stripe and may take up to 2 weeks to reflect in your account.
A refund receipt will be emailed once processed.

❌ Cancellations

To cancel an order, please contact us via WhatsApp: 8298 3253

  • More than 24 hours before delivery:
    50% refund or 100% store credit (valid for 3 months)
    • You may also request to reschedule the delivery date.

  • Less than 24 hours before delivery:
    • Strictly no refunds or changes.
    • Flowers are perishable, and preparations begin in advance.

💡 Why is there only a 50% refund and not a full refund?

We understand that sometimes plans change — however, a full refund is not possible due to the following reasons:

  • 🧾 Admin & Processing Costs
    Once an order is placed, backend processes begin immediately — including administrative work, material prep, and third-party payment fees.

  • 🌸 Flowers Are Perishable
    Fresh flowers are ordered and prepared ahead of time to ensure your bouquet is ready on the delivery day. These items cannot be reused or returned once allocated.

As such, cancellations made more than 24 hours in advance are eligible for a 50% refund or 100% store credit (valid for 3 months).


We kindly ask that you consider your order carefully before confirming your purchase.
Once submitted, our team begins work almost immediately to prepare your bouquet with care.

SEASONAL AVAILABILITY OF FLOWERS

At SUMMERSWINTER, we strive to create bouquets that are fresh, beautiful, and true to the product images. However, flowers are seasonal and subject to availability from growers and suppliers.

  • All product images are for illustration purposes only.

  • In the event a main bloom is unavailable, we will contact you to arrange a suitable replacement of equal or higher value.

  • Filler flowers may vary, but we will always maintain the intended style and overall aesthetic.

  • Natural factors may affect the colour, size, or shape of flowers.

Rest assured — your bouquet will be beautiful, always.


DELIVERY TIMING

Your flowers will be delivered within the standard free delivery window (12PM – 6PM) as chosen on the date of delivery.

We are unable to promise exact delivery times for free delivery as it depends on the courier’s route and delivery volume for the day. This ensures fairness to all customers.

If you need your flowers delivered at a specific time, please select a special time slot at ordering page or WhatsApp us at 8298 3253 to make arrangements.
