We accept PayLah! and Paynow too! Please choose PayLah & Paynow payment during check out. Further instructions will be provided.

Should you choose to bank transfer, kindly screenshot a copy of the receipt and WhatsApp us as proof of your transaction.

  • REFUNDS

    1. For orders made through our website, refunds will be processed through our secure payment provider.
    2. The refunds will be reflected in your next bank statement or 2 weeks later and a refund receipt will be emailed out as well.
    3. If you feel you have received a refund in error, or have not yet received your refund after 2 weeks, kindly email our customer service at enquiry@summerswintersg.com or drop us a WhatsApp at @ 𝟖𝟐𝟗𝟖 𝟑𝟐𝟓𝟑
    4. For Bank Transfer transactions, do contact us or drop us a WhatsApp at @ 𝟖𝟐𝟗𝟖 𝟑𝟐𝟓𝟑 and we will tend to your enquiries.

 

  • CANCELLATIONS

      1. To make a cancellation, kindly contact customer service through WhatsApp @ 𝟖𝟐𝟗𝟖 𝟑𝟐𝟓𝟑
      2. Cancellations for orders more than 24 hours prior delivery time slot, it will be subjected to 50% refund or 100% in store credits which you can use for future purchases on our website. Store credit are valid for 3 months from the date of issue. You may also opt to change the delivery date. 
      3. For orders less than 24 hours before the delivery time slot, strictly no refund/ change of delivery date. 

 

Here at SUMMERSWINTER, we strive to ensure your bouquets are always fresh, beautiful and consistent with your order. However, flowers are seasonal products, and subject to availability from orchards and farms.

Do note that all product images are for illustration purposes, actual products may vary. Nevertheless we will do our best to deliver the products as accurately as possible.

Should the main bloom of a product be no longer available, we will contact you and work out a suitable substitution/replacement. We will only substitute with flowers of a similar or superior look/feel and value.

Filler flowers are what give the bouquet body and volume, but are similarly subject to the season. We will do our utmost to preserve the same style and aesthetic as the original. Rest assured the bouquet will look as beautiful as always.

Please note that flowers are natural and perishable products and therefore, may be affected by both indoor and outdoor environmental factors, seasonal availability, events and market variances in colour, shape and sizes.

Our courier will deliver your flowers within the time slots indicated on the date of delivery. However, we are unable to guarantee the exact time that your flowers will reach you. 

As it really depends on the areas/clusters the courier is delivering for the day itself. It wouldn't be fair to our customers if we promised an exact timing & our courier failed to deliver the flowers for the time promised. 

But If you require your order to reach you at a specific time, please let us know now or select the special time slot (additional surcharge applies) while checking out.
