Summer's Winter Florist offers free delivery for all bouquets listed on the website, unless otherwise stated.

All bouquets, including our Graduation Flowers and Bridal Bouquets, enjoy free islandwide delivery unless otherwise stated.

🕒 Same Day Delivery

Here is what you need to know about same-day delivery:

• Cut-off time: 12:00 PM
• Free delivery is fulfilled between 12 PM and 6 PM
• Time slots are first come, first served
• Free delivery orders are delivered anytime within the window, exact delivery times are not guaranteed

By placing an order with free delivery, you agree that the bouquet will be delivered anytime within the stated window.

Ordering last minute, or scheduling a surprise after a ceremony, consider our Graduation Flowers and Bridal Bouquets, available for same-day delivery when you order before 12 PM.

If you require delivery at a specific time, please select a 1-hour specific time slot delivery ($25).

📍 Delivery Locations

We offer free islandwide delivery, except for the following locations where a surcharge applies:

We reserve the right to cancel and refund orders with invalid or unreachable delivery locations.

Specific 1-Hour Delivery Time Slot – $25

For an additional $25, you can select a 1-hour delivery window, and your order will be delivered within that hour. However, we are unable to deliver at an exact time (for example, 1:00 PM sharp) due to factors like traffic, building access, and courier route schedules.

Our courier will deliver anytime within the selected hour, and can only wait a maximum of 5 minutes at the location. Redelivery fees will apply if no one is present to receive the order.

If you require delivery to reach at an exact specific time, we recommend that you arrange your own courier (for example, Lalamove or GrabExpress) or opt for self-collection at our studio office.

This upgrade is especially useful for surprises, whether it is sending Graduation Flowers right after a ceremony or Bridal Bouquets before the walk down the aisle.

❌ Unsuccessful Deliveries

Please ensure the recipient or a representative is available at the delivery address on the selected date and time.

If no one is contactable, our courier will leave the bouquet at the:

• Gate
• Doorstep
• Shoe rack (photo proof will be taken)

We are not responsible for:

• Incorrect addresses
• Delays due to building security
• Loss of bouquet after it is left outside
• Incorrect recipient or sender contact numbers

Our courier will attempt to call the recipient first, then the sender. Please provide valid Singapore contact numbers.

🔁 Re-Delivery Policy

If delivery fails for the reasons above, a re-delivery fee of $15 to $25 applies.

• Re-deliveries may take place after 6 PM, subject to courier availability
• Alternatively, re-delivery can be scheduled for the next day

If a reschedule to another day is requested, a 60% fee of the bouquet price will be charged due to flower perishability.

If the bouquet has already been left at the doorstep, no re-delivery will be made.

✏️ Changes to Delivery Details

To amend delivery details, for example address or timing, please WhatsApp us at 8298 3253. Requests should be made:

• At least 24 hours in advance, or
• On the day of delivery before 11 AM

Late changes may not be accepted due to logistics and flower condition.

No matter the occasion, from Graduation Flowers to Bridal Bouquets, we will make sure your flowers arrive fresh and on time.
