🎈 Important Reminders for Fresh Flowers & Balloon Flowers

For the best presentation of your gift, plan delivery and gifting times close together. Heat and time are the main enemies of your purchased bouquets.

Gift or use the bouquet on the same day of delivery or collection.
Schedule delivery or self-collection on the actual day you plan to present it to your intended recipient.
Do note that we are not liable for any wilting or damage once the flowers are delivered in good condition by our courier.

🌸 Fresh Flowers

Fresh blooms are living stems that need cool temperatures, clean water, and gentle handling. Care varies by arrangement style.

Flower Foam Bouquets & Boxes

These come anchored in moist floral foam. Keep the foam hydrated and the arrangement away from heat.

Add a small amount of water daily onto the foam to prevent it from drying out.
Place in a cool, shaded area away from direct sunlight and heat sources.
With attentive care, fresh flowers can last up to a week or more depending on environment.

Hand-Wrapped Bouquets with Water Bags

Transfer to a vase as soon as possible and refresh the water regularly to slow bacterial growth.

Remove the wrapping and place the flowers immediately into a vase filled with fresh water.
Trim the stems 1–2 cm at a diagonal under running water before placing in the vase.
Change the water and re-trim stems every 2 days.

Avoid placing flowers in direct sunlight or near heat and humid areas, especially in Singapore’s climate. With proper care, fresh flowers can last up to a week or longer.

🌿 Dried & Preserved Flowers

These botanicals are long-lasting but sensitive to moisture and strong light. Treat them gently and dust occasionally.

Keep the dried and preserved flowers away from direct sunlight and moisture.
Avoid humid environments to prevent mould or colour changes.
With proper care, dried and preserved flowers can last for months or even years.

🧼 Soap Flowers

Decorative and scented keepsakes made from soap. They’re not for bathing—keep them dry to preserve the shape and colour.

Soap Flowers do not wilt and can last a year or more if taken care of properly.
Keep the soap flowers out of direct sunlight and away from humid areas to prevent fading or softening.
Soap Flowers require minimal maintenance, but remember to occasionally dust to keep it looking nice and presentable.
