Fresh flowers are seasonal and subject to daily market availability. Lighter or darker rose shades may be used seasonally, and certain fillers, leaves, wrapping materials or ribbons shown in the product photo may not always be available on the delivery day.
If any specific flower, colour or material is unavailable, our florist will replace it with suitable items of similar value while keeping the overall colour theme, size, shape and style as close to the product photo as possible.
Product photos are for reference to the overall look and colour theme. The final arrangement may not look exactly the same due to blooming stage, flower size, wrapping adjustments and natural stem differences. Once delivered in good condition, Summer's Winter Florist will not be liable for issues caused by heat, handling, weather, wrong delivery details, recipient delay, venue restrictions or changes after delivery.
Will my bouquet look like the photo?
Every bouquet is hand-arranged and hand-wrapped, so no two are identical and photos illustrate the overall look and colour theme rather than an exact replica. What we hold to is the design you chose: the same flower types and the same colour palette. Filler flowers may vary while keeping the intended style.
What happens if a flower isn't available?
We substitute a flower of equal or higher value in the same colour family, so the arrangement keeps the look you chose. If the change would alter the colour palette or replace the main flower, we do our best to contact you before delivery so you can choose how we proceed.
How long will the flowers last?
Fresh flowers are at their best for at least a day and, with a fresh trim and clean water, often much longer. Keep blooms out of direct sunlight and away from heat and air-conditioning drafts. Browning or bruising on the outer petals of pale, cream and white roses is natural. These are guard petals, kept on to protect the bloom in transit, and they can be removed by hand. Wilting is different: a bloom that has gone dry and discoloured and no longer holds its form. Wilting on arrival is covered, subject to our Terms & Conditions.
Can I get same-day flower delivery in Singapore?
Yes. Order before 12.30pm and we deliver the same day within our standard 12PM to 6PM window. Delivery is free island-wide, with a small surcharge for a few remote areas. Can I get proof that the flowers were delivered?
Yes, just ask. Our courier photographs the arrangement at the point of delivery. We don't send the photo by default, so add a note when you order or WhatsApp us on the day and we will share it. Worth requesting if you are sending from overseas, or to an office, hospital or event venue.
What if I'm not happy with the flowers?

Can I order from overseas?
Yes, and it is common. Pay in SGD on the site and add the recipient's contact number. Reach us any day during the delivery window on +65 8298 6001.
Every bouquet is hand-arranged and hand-wrapped, so actual products may differ slightly from photos in size, wrapping, and flower placement. We are unable to provide an exact 1:1 replica, but we match the design as closely as we can.
Flower colours and varieties (e.g. hydrangeas) may vary with seasonal availability. Where a bloom is unavailable, we substitute one of equal or higher value in a similar style and palette. If the change would alter the colour palette or replace the main flower, we do our best to contact you before delivery.
Balloons are inflated and wrapped manually, so shapes may differ slightly. Balloons and fresh flowers stay in best condition for at least a day; balloons gradually deflate over time. Decals are not included by default. For customised decals, WhatsApp us at +65 8298 6001.
Fresh flowers are perishable, so we recommend delivery or self-collection on the day of your event itself.
