Flower Availability and Product Note
For same day delivery orders, some flowers may arrive in a fresher or less bloomed condition. They will open naturally over the next few days with proper care.
Fresh flowers are seasonal and subject to daily market availability. Certain flower breeds, colours, exact shades, fillers, leaves, ribbons, baskets or gift items shown in the product photo may not always be available on the delivery day.
If any specific flower, colour or material is unavailable, our florist will replace it with suitable items of similar value while keeping the overall colour theme, size, shape and style as close to the product photo as possible.
Product photos are for reference to the overall look and colour theme. The final arrangement may not look exactly the same due to fresh flower availability, blooming stage, natural stem differences and florist adjustments. Once delivered in good condition, Summer’s Winter Florist will not be liable for issues caused by heat, handling, weather, wrong delivery details, recipient delay, venue restrictions or changes after delivery.
Our balloons are inflated and wrapped manually, hence there will be slight differences in shapes.

All balloons and flowers will be able to stay well inflated for at least a day. The balloon will slowly deflate due to time.
Colors of the blooms such as Hydrangeas, etc. may vary from time to time due to the season. Sometimes it can be a lighter shade or even a dark shade.
It is advisable to only opt for delivery or self-collect your order on the actual day. We will not be liable for any withering / damages to the product once it has been delivered by our courier in good condition.
Do note that all product images are for illustration purposes, actual products may vary in size and placing of wrapping papers/flowers because every bouquet is hand wrapped. We are unable to provide an exact 1:1 replicate of the bouquet seen in the photo. Nevertheless, we will do our best to deliver the products as accurately as possible.
