For same day delivery orders, some flowers may arrive in a fresher or less bloomed condition and may open naturally over the next few days with proper care.
Fresh flowers are seasonal and subject to daily market availability. Certain shades, fillers, leaves, wrapping materials or ribbons shown in the product photo may not always be available on the delivery day.
If any specific flower, colour or material is unavailable, our florist will replace it with suitable items of similar value while keeping the overall colour theme, shape and style as close to the product photo as possible.
Product photos are for reference to the overall look and colour theme. The final arrangement may not look exactly the same due to blooming stage, flower size, wrapping adjustments and natural stem differences. Once delivered in good condition, Summer's Winter Florist will not be liable for issues caused by heat, handling, weather, wrong delivery details, recipient delay, venue restrictions or changes after delivery.
Every bouquet is hand-arranged and hand-wrapped — actual products may differ slightly from photos in size, wrapping, and flower placement. We are unable to provide an exact 1:1 replica, but we will always match the design as closely as possible.
Flower colours and varieties (e.g. hydrangeas) may vary with seasonal availability. Unavailable blooms will be substituted with one of equal or higher value in a similar style and palette.
Balloons are inflated and wrapped manually, so shapes may differ slightly. Balloons and fresh flowers stay in best condition for at least a day; balloons gradually deflate over time. Decals are not included by default — for customised decals, WhatsApp us at +65 8298 6001.
Fresh flowers are perishable — we recommend delivery or self-collection on the day of your event itself. We are not liable for withering or damage after the product has been delivered in good condition by our courier.
Please ensure the recipient's address and contact number are accurate — failed deliveries due to incorrect details may incur a re-delivery fee.
